I. LIMITATION & REQUIREMENTS

• Wagering requirements:
• You will be required to bet the whole deposit within 7 days from the deposit.
• Each real money bet must have a total odds of at least 10.
• If you use CASH OUT you will not be awarded any Bonus.
• The Signup Bonus will be credited after the real money bets are settled (lost or win).
• All bonuses are limited to one user.
• Signup Bonus is valid only once.
• Only one promotion is valid for the same bet, other promotions do not qualify if signup bonus is triggered and awarded.
• The Promotion is valid only when posted on the site/newspaper/advert, and it may be renewed day by day, at Fayabet’s sole discretion.

II. UTILISATION

• You can place only 1 identical bet with signup bonus funds. Further identical bets will be void, and bonus cancelled.
• Minimum number of events to qualify is 5. The minimum odd for each selection must be 1.30 or higher.
• If one or more events of bet is VOID, and the bet was played with a signup bonus amount, the bet will be VOID and the Free bet amount is cancelled.
• Max winning 10,000 KES.
• The potential winning, net of the bonus amount and tax, is withdrawable.
• The bonus must be wagered in full, in accordance with the terms of this offer, before funds are withdrawn, otherwise any bonuses or winnings gained using these funds will be forfeited.
• Fayabet reserves the right to deny or to terminate any bonuses, promotions and/or special offerings, as well as to modify, suspend or discontinue their validity at its sole discretion and without informing the User.

III. ENFORCEMENT

• Should Fayabet become aware of any user who has accepted the bonus or a promotion with the sole purpose of creating a Positive Expected Value on bonus returns by using known practices aimed at securing the cash out of said bonus, then Fayabet will enforce the immediate exclusion from this and future promotions and may elect to do one or more of the following:
• Forfeit the full bonus balance in the account.
• Invalidate the transactions or gameplay that was in contravention of this term.
• Void any bonuses and all winnings obtained by fraudulent behavior.
• Withhold the customer’s winnings from such transactions or gameplay.
• Retain any real monies wagered and lost while playing towards the bonus.
